What’s it about?
It is a great mistake to assume that childhood is carefree. Children face a great deal of stress even in their early years, as they do not yet know or understand how the world works. Unlike adults, they have far fewer tools at their disposal to process their experiences. Play, however, is one such instinctive – and perhaps the most effective – method. This is particularly true if, as parents, we provide them with sufficient opportunities to engage in it.
During our conversation, we’ll aim to take as practical an approach as possible, so we’ll be able to offer specific solutions to your own, individual questions!
So, if you’d like to find out:
